Peter Adragna

Peter J. Adragna is a self-taught artist. He is a native to Hamburg, New York. He has always loved to paint. Throughout his academic and entrepreneurial careers, he maintained an active interest in art. As a biology professor at Aurora University in Illinois, he took studio art courses over several years. Moving back to Western New York, he continued his art experience by enrolling in adult education classes and being juried into art exhibitions. He paints mainly in acrylic and watercolor.

Peter is a “snow bird;” having homes in Orchard Park, New York and in New Port Richey, Florida. He capitalizes on the rich natural diversity that both provide. His interpretation of this diversity can be appreciated in his wildlife and landscape works.

He is honored to be a juried artist of the Arts and Craftsmen Guild on the Historic Roycroft Campus.
